How can I buy;

The purchase process at xpleaders.gr is very simple.

1. Use the categories Women, New Arrivals, Children, Bags, Men which are in the main menu. Inside each you will find the subcategories that are types of shoes (platforms, sandals, etc.). Select what you want, number, color and click add to cart.
2. Fill in your email or your details (if you are already registered on the site).
3. Fill in the payment method, shipping address and hours you prefer to receive.
4. Click Order Completion.
5. Your order has been completed. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. *Caution. The email you will receive is automated. For any clarification or change you want in your order you can contact us at contact@xpleaders.gr.

•  Do I have to register to buy;

No, it is not necessary! You can also place your order as a guest. In this case your details are used to send your current order. We would suggest you to register as the next time you place your order your details will already be registered so the process will be much faster. 

•  I forgot my password! What do I do;

No need to worry! Fill in your email in the field “Forgot your Password?” and press Send. You will then receive a new temporary password in your email, which will allow you to log in to your account. After logging in to your account you can change this temporary password to another of your choice. In any case, if you forgot your password you do not need and should not open a new account as you will lose all your information and xpleaders.gr will treat you like a new customer.

• How much are the shipping costs;Shipping costs for all of Greece are 3 €and if you want to pay by cash on delivery it is an additional 2 €. For more details you can see the following table:

• How do I know that my order was completed successfully;

Once you complete your order the system will automatically send you an email informing you that your order has been placed. This email confirms that you have successfully completed your order and that it has reached us.

• When will you deliver my order to me?

All orders are sent by our company, either on the same working day, if you complete your order before 15:00 and the codes you want are immediately available, or the next working day from the day your order is completed. Delivery of your order is done within 2-3 working days. Orders in Cyprus are delivered with ACS Courier within 7-10 working days. At any time you can see the progress of your orderby using the shipment number (sent to you by mail) at ACS Courier webpage.

• How can I return a product?;

For all cases where you want a return of the product you bought (change size / color / design or replacement), you must either re-order electronically with the shoes you want to receive and write in the comments at the end of the order that it concerns a change or contact 210 2114446. In addition, you must send the shoes you want to return to the address 368 Patision str,Athens, PO 111 41. For more information see the Returns Polcy section.

• Is order cancellation possible;

You can always cancel your order by contacting our call center 210 2114446 Monday to Friday, or by email at returns@xpleaders.gr.

•  Do you make refunds;

Upon receipt of the product, you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. You can find more information about Withdrawal and the steps you need to follow to apply it in the Returns Policy in the Withdrawal Section.

The product must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, within its original packaging. All shoes should be tested on a carpet to prevent damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.

If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund, the value of the product will be refunded (minus the 3 € that costs the return shipping) within 14 working days from the date of receipt by us.

*The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the products have been received from our physical stores, as the sale is not considered to have been made remotely.

• Are my transactions secure;

All transactions you make on xpleaders.gr are governed by International and European Law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to distance sales.
