  • Changes to numbers are made free of charge (concerns the sending of an incorrect number by us.)
  • For any other exchange-return of products, return / exchange costs are borne exclusively by the consumer
  • Changes are made according to existing values
  • Changes are made to Outlet products only from the same category
  • Product changes are made with ACS Courier.
  • Changes are accepted within 14 days from the day of receipt based on the receipt documents. and always concern the same collection. For returns that exceed the period of 14 days, the company PANOPOULOU CHARIKLIA (xpleaders.gr) reserves the right not to accept the change of the product. All returned items must be picked up by us in the original condition in which you received them, with no signs of wear or use.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

* Return terms:
The above conditions must be met in full in order to accept the return of the order, returns without prior notice, will NOT be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE 

  • For all cases where you wish to return the product you bought (resize / color / design or replace), you must either re-order electronically with the products you wish to receive and write at the end of the order, in the comments, regarding the change, or contact +30210-2114446. In addition, you must send the product / products you wish to return to the address 368 Patision str.,PO 11141, Ano Patisia, so that as soon as we receive we can forward your new order!

 

MONEY RETURN

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back.

The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, is exercised from the next day that you or a person you have indicated to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) acquired the physical possession of the purchased goods.

 

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal you must within 14 days send us the completed application( HERE ) and send it to us by email info@xpleaders.gr.
  • It is clarified, however, that in order to get your money back in case of withdrawal, the product must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, within its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents. All shoes must be tested on a carpet to prevent damage. Xpleaders.gr does NOT receive products that are returned upon your departure and which have dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability. Product that is returned must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt, otherwise xpleaders.gr does NOT receive them as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.

* The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the purchase of products has taken place in a physical store of XP LEADERS FASHION SHOES (PANOPOULOU CHARIKLIA SHOE TRADE).

 

WRONG SHIPMENTS

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • In the event of a defect in the product we sell to you, you can: (a) request its repair without charge, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs or its replacement with another, or (c) withdraw. The above obligations of our Company cease in case the defect has been caused by you, or the product that is returned has dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its suitability, or in the narrow or broad sense of force majeure. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. You must exercise your above rights within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your products, and this deadline starts from the day after receipt and in any case within it you must have returned the product to us. Changes from Cyprus are accepted ONLY in case the Product you received does not coincide with the product of your order. Its return must be made within 3 days from the day of receipt. In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
