1. Directly through our online store.
After selecting the product you want, click “Add to cart” on the corresponding button that appears on the product. The product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart where you can change the quantity, delete the product or continue your shopping with other products.
After completing the selection of items, click the “Complete order” button in the shopping cart and follow the steps below:
i. Purchase Completion Method.
Indicate if you want to register or complete the purchase as a guest.
ii. Payment Information.
Indicate the desired method of payment of the value of your order.
iii. Shipping information.
Declare shipping details (if different from billing details).
iv. Order Review.
Make the final check of the order and the data you stated and if you agree press the “Complete Order” button
When the above process is completed you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order.
(You do not need to create a user account for your order, however this process is very useful to access the progress of your order and also to not have to re-declare your details in future purchases.).
2. By phone.
By calling us at +30210 2114446-+30210 6438682 you have the opportunity to place your order by phone. Our partners in the customer service department are always at your disposal from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
3. By sending an email.
You can send your order to e-mail: orders@xpleaders.gr stating the full contact and shipping details and we will contact you to send your order.
4. By fax.
You can send your order by fax to +30210 2114446.
